Free Pinterest Tools

Everything on this page is free and works without an account. Each tool answers one question a Pinterest marketer actually has — what should this pin look like, is anybody searching for this keyword, will this title fit, will this link show up properly in Google Analytics, what will this ad budget buy — and answers it in your browser in a few seconds. Nothing you type or upload is stored by us.

Where the numbers come from

A limit or a rule is quoted from the company that sets it — Pinterest's own developer documentation and ad specifications for character counts and image sizes, Google's own channel definitions and source list for how Analytics files a link — with the date we last checked it printed next to the answer. Where the published figures disagree, and for ad prices they do, the tools show each source by name rather than averaging them into a number nobody published.

Share an answer, or put a tool on your site

Every result has its own link, so you can send a client the exact numbers you worked out. Every tool also has an Embed button: paste the code into your blog or course page and the tool works there as it does here, free, with a credit line back.

When a free tool is not enough

These answer one question at a time. PinPinterest itself measures what is actually earning saves on Pinterest — keyword demand, a score on every pin, daily rank tracking and competitor accounts — so you can see what works before you design for it. See the plans, or start with the blog.
