How to Contact Pinterest

Quick answer: Pinterest’s contact page lists no phone number and no live chat. Each problem has its own channel. A deactivated account goes to its deactivation appeal form, a charge to its billing question form, and a wrong AI label to its Gen AI label appeal. Rule-breaking content is reported from the Pin or profile, or under Report a policy violation on its contact page. Copyright goes to its copyright form or [email protected], and your personal data to Privacy rights or [email protected]. Does Pinterest have a phone number or live chat?

Not on its contact page (checked 4 October 2026). Logged out, that page offers two choices, Report a policy violation and Privacy rights, plus a Log in button. The one phone-style number on Pinterest’s policy pages is its copyright agent’s fax, for copyright reports only. Pinterest’s help does have a chatbot: Right now our only GenAI support tool is our GenAI chatbot. This chatbot is trained to assist with everything from accessing your account to using Pinterest's APIs. Directories that print a Pinterest “customer service number” are not quoting Pinterest.

Can’t log in

From Troubleshoot issues logging in with an email address: If you have access to the email associated with your Pinterest account, and you forgot your password, you can reset your password. You can get a hint to the email address on your account by going to pinterest.com/password/reset and searching for your name or username. If you don’t know the email address associated with your Pinterest account, contact us. The hard limit: If you don't have access to your email address and you haven't set up a Google or Apple log in, we can’t verify that the account belongs to you. For security reasons, this means we can’t give you access to this account.

Your account was deactivated (suspended)

A Pin, account or comment breaks the rules

Report it where you see it (Report something on Pinterest): If you find content that shouldn't be on Pinterest, you can report it for us to review. You’ll still be able to see someone’s account, boards, Pins and comments after you report them. To see less of their content, you can unfollow or block this person. The contact page’s Report a policy violation lists eleven kinds, from pornography, violence and hate speech to spam, impersonation, an ad, and someone not disclosing a paid promotion. From Pinterest’s Copyright policy: If you’re a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you can report alleged copyright infringements on Pinterest by completing a copyright report and sending it to our designated copyright agent. To submit a copyright infringement report, just fill out our copyright reporting form. It removes exact copies only: Please note that we can only remove identical copies of an image—if an image file has been resized or altered, we won’t be able to find or remove it. The contact page’s Privacy rights choice says: These are some rights you have around your personal data on Pinterest. You can delete or download a copy of your data by going to your privacy settings. If you need help with any of these options, contact us through this form or at [email protected].

Your ads or a charge

From Refunds and chargebacks: If you have questions about your charges, please contact our support team and we’ll review the charges with you. Before you ask for money back: Billing is generated after your services have been rendered, and standard charges are usually not eligible for a refund or credit. And before you dispute it with your bank: The chargeback process is primarily designed to report and prevent fraud. Improper use of the program can put your credit card and Pinterest account at risk of being suspended or closed.
