Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PinPinterest Analytics (“PinPinterest”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and safeguards your information when you visit pinpinterest.com or create an account. We believe in collecting as little as possible and being clear about what we do with it.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you create an account or use the contact form, we collect your email address and, if you provide them, your name and message.
  • Account & billing. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor handles your card details; we store only what we need to manage your subscription (we never see your full card number).
  • Usage data. Like most websites, our servers and privacy-respecting analytics may log basic technical data such as your browser type, referring page and approximate region to keep the site secure and understand what’s useful.

We do not ask you to connect your Pinterest account to use PinPinterest, and we never collect your Pinterest password.

2. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and provide the service.
  • To process your subscription and billing if you choose a paid plan.
  • To respond to your questions and provide support.
  • To operate, secure and improve our website and service.

We will only email you about your account, your requests, and important service updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run PinPinterest (for example, email delivery and hosting), under agreements that require them to protect it.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to run the site and, where applicable, to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and contact information until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed for the purposes above. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it promptly.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data and limit access to it.

8. Children

PinPinterest is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email where appropriate.
