How to use it
- Pick the parts of your life the board is for: career, money, health, home, travel, love, family, learning, creativity or calm. Each part adds its 12 words and 5 affirmation cards.
- Choose the year, a look (Classic, Bold or Handwritten) and the colors. "Ink saver" prints the words on white, for a printer low on color.
- Choose your paper: US Letter or A4. The sheets are drawn for it at 300 dots per inch.
- Download the kit (PDF) and print it, or press Print the kit. Under each sheet, Save keeps just that sheet as a picture. Copy link keeps everything you chose.
What is in the kit
- The title sheet: "My 2027 vision board" (or the year you pick) across the top, and each part's name in big letters, to head its corner of the board.
- Words to cut out: every one of the part's 12 words from our vision board ideas tool. The first four of each part are printed bigger, so the board has a few words that stand out and more that fill in around the pictures. Each word sits in its own colored label with a dashed line to cut along.
- Affirmation cards: five per part, ten to a sheet, each 3.5 × 2 inches (8.9 × 5.1 cm). They sit edge to edge, so one cut separates two cards. Pin one to the board and keep the rest on a mirror, in a planner or in your wallet.
Pictures are the one thing the kit leaves out, because they deserve their own page: the vision board pictures page has six for each part of life and prints the ones you pick on one sheet. Under the kit, a link opens that page on each part you chose.
How to make the board
- Print the kit and the pictures. Card stock makes the affirmation cards sturdier, but ordinary printer paper works.
- Cut out the words and the cards along the dashed lines.
- Lay everything on the board before you glue anything. Put each part's heading at the top of its area and its pictures and words around it.
- Keep the words you believe in and leave out the ones that do not feel like yours. A board is easier to live with when every word on it means something to you.
- Glue or pin it down, and put the board where you will see it every day.

Printing it right
Print at 100%, or "actual size". "Fit to page" shrinks every sheet a little, and the cards stop being 3.5 × 2 inches. Every sheet keeps a 0.4 inch (1 cm) margin, so nothing sits at the very edge of the paper, and the small line at the bottom of each sheet names it, so a stack of prints stays in order.
Where the words come from
The words and the affirmations are PinPinterest's own, written for the vision board ideas tool and not copied from anywhere. Every affirmation is in the present tense and starts with "I", about something you do: "I finish what I start", not "The universe will send me". A vision board is a way to decide what you want and to remind yourself of it every day. It is not a promise, and nothing here claims it makes anything happen.
